Theocracy Announces New Music Coming 2021

Faith-based metalcore band Theocracy broke from Christmas tradition in 2020 by not releasing a holiday themed tune for the first time since 2004. Instead, the Georgia rockers gave their fans another gift in the form of an announcement about next year.

In a post on social media, the band teased their next studio album will drop in 2021. “A new Theocracy album is on the way, and lead guitars are being handled by our good friend and virtuoso Taylor Washington from Paladin,” the band said in the announcement.

“Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to work on a Christmas song this year… but that’s because we’re busy recording new music! We can’t wait for you to hear it!”

Theocracy was founded by Matt Smith in 2002. The band has released four albums, including Ghost Ship in 2016 and their self-titled debut in 2003.

Keep up with Theocracy by following them on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
