Anberlin has announced that their first show in four years will take place on December 14 in Tampa Bay. They’ll be playing alongside Underoath and Underoath’s current tour support (The Plot In You, Crown the Empire, Dance Gavin Dance).
The show marks the first reunion for Anberlin since their farewell tour at the end of 2014 and corresponding farewell album, Lowborn. Teaming up with Underoath is a natural fit; both Florida-based bands were label mates for years, honing their touring chops during the heyday of Tooth & Nail records in the mid-2000s.
Tickets are available now through Ticketmaster, and likely to sell out quickly. Although little further information has been added, all of the members of both Anberlin and Underoath have been expressing their excitement about the reunion.
