Seventh Day Slumber lead vocalist and music industry entrepreneur Joseph Rojas is very close to launching Rockfest Radio, a two hour Christian Rock radio show featuring industry staples as well as up-and-coming acts in Christian rock.
Now Rojas is asking the rock community to help make this happen by donating through a GoFundMe. Rojas– who is hosting the new program– said “We are trying to launch within the next week! Help us make this happen!”
The campaign has set a target of $3,800 to fund various software and hardware requirements to ensure a successful launch of the program, according to a post on social media. Tax deductible donations are a possibility as well, said Rojas. “If you need your donation to be tax deductible, please email me directly at joseph@rockfestpromotions.com.”
Rockfest Radio has already reached a syndication agreement through the NRT Radio Network, a division of NewReleaseToday. In addition to rock-focused content, the program will also include a segment in which Joseph Rojas will take calls and minister to hurting teens.
