Disciple announced over social media last night that they will be postponing their Anniversary X livestream (celebrating 10 years since the release of Horseshoes & Handgrenades) until December 11.

“A household family member on the Anniversary X team has tested positive for Covid-19,” the band explained. “Out of an abundance of caution and a desire to keep everyone healthy and safe, we are rescheduling the event to a later date.”

Lead singer Kevin Young took to Facebook live to share a little more and answer fan questions. You can watch that video below.

All tickets for the original date will still be honored. The VIP Q&A session will be taking place on December 10.

The livestream itself is a unique opportunity to celebrate Horseshoes & Handgrenades, a pivotal album for the band that spawned hits like “Dear X (You Don’t Own Me)” and “Invisible.” To mark the milestone birthday, the band invited back all of the previous band members who were a part of Disciple during that album cycle– Andrew Welch (guitar), Micah Sannan (guitar), Israel Beachy (bass) and Trent Reiff (drums). The ticket packages include perks like an exclusive t-shirt and some reprinted merch from 2010.

You can get tickets on iTickets. Follow Disciple for further updates on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
