Kutless Invites Fans to Help Former PAX217 Bassist Josh Auer

Veteran rock and worship band Kutless is asking fans to help raise funds for some of their friends.

In a post on social media, Kutless invited their contingent to contribute to a GoFundMe in support of Josh Auer, former bassist for punk band PAX217, and his family.  The campaign, which has so far raised nearly half of its goal of $50,000, is to support Josh’s daughter, Rowen. Rowen was taken to the CHOC ICU over the weekend for an issue with her heart, according to the GoFundMe page.

In the Facebook story, Kutless asked fans to “pray for them, and make a donation” to “help our dear friend Josh Auer and his family.”

Josh Auer played bass for Orange County, California-based PAX217 from 1995 until they disbanded in 2005. The group recently opened for the Supertones in a brief reunion concert in 2017. Learn more about what Josh Auer is up to by visiting his website.

In 2017, Kutless released their most recent album, Alpha/Omega, a collection of rock and worship songs that are true to all sides of who the band has been. Follow Kutless on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, or visit their website, to learn more.
