Fresh off the release of their first full length album The Beast You Feed, independent electronic rock band VERIDIA is inviting fans into an opportunity to help them keep the momentum alive.
In a video announcement on Facebook, members Deena Jakoub (vocals), Brandon Brown (guitar) and Kyle Levy (drums) expressed appreciation for the outpouring of support from fans. “We couldn’t have released our first album without your support. A lot of you asked how you could continue to support us as an independent act, so we thought the best way to do that is through a Patreon page.”
On the Patreon page, the band shares the reasoning behind this offering. “In 2019, Our goal is to be touring as much as possible, sharing music with you in person. We need your help to keep this machine running, both on and off the road.”
The VERIDIA Patreon offers tiered membership starting with the Access Pass for $1 a month all the way up to The VIP Tier for $100 (or more) per month. The VIP tier includes being added to the guest list (+1) for every VERIDIA show possible, album and music video credits, and three personalized videos each year. According to the social media post, upon reaching 250 patrons, “we will send the first 50 subscribers signed & numbered prints of our very first tour poster.”
Of course, those unable to make this commitment are encouraged to support VERIDIA by streaming or downloading the album on Spotify or iTunes.
VERIDIA is an alt rock band based in Nashville, Tennessee. They formed in 2013 and released three EPs released on Word Label Group from 2014 to 2016. The Beast You Feed, their first full length project, was released independently on October 26, 2018.
