Skillet will continue touring in support of their critically acclaimed album Victorious in the winter of 2020, according to an Instagram post by Ledger.
The Victorious Tour will feature Skillet drummer Jen Ledger with her own band as the opening act, something she said holds special meaning to her. “Such an honor to open up the night with my own band LEDGER,” she said. “Can’t wait to rock our new music with you Panheads!”
In addition to Skillet and Ledger, hard rock band From Ashes To New will be joining the 24-city tour as well.
Skillet is an iconic rock band, maintaining a nearly constant touring schedule while balancing side projects such as Ledger and Fight the Fury, graphic novels, beard products, and more. Their single “Legendary” was recently added as a theme song on the new WWE Raw program airing on Fox.
Ledger released her debut EP in 2018 and embarked on the 2019 Winter Jam Tour and summer festivals like Uprise. She has been debuting more new music live in advance of a full length album. From Ashes To New hails from Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has had charting success with their 2018 project The Future.
