Stephen Christian, the lead singer of Anberlin, posted about an initiative to benefit Australian wildfire relief. It is an Anberlin themed shirt that incorporates Australia and the band’s love for the country.
Christian stated that 100% of the proceeds from the sales of the t-shirt will go towards fighting the brushfires in Australia. He stated on his twitter that, “we love you Australia, time for us to give back for all you’ve done for us!”
The band also sent out an email to their fan list, saying “Australia holds a special place in our heart and that heart is breaking while seeing the devastation of such beauty and nature from these wild fires. All profits from every purchase go directly to Red Cross Australia to aid in Bush Fire Relief.”
