Metalcore mainstay Memphis May Fire has dropped a new single and music video, titled “Bleed Me Dry.” The track is the third from the Rise Records band in 2021, following “Blood and Water” and “Death Inside.”
This fresh single continues the theme established by its predecessors, showing Memphis May Fire flexing their heavy music muscles with a return to their roots. The result is a flurry of riffs and gritty vocals, shoring up equally aggressive lyrics.
“It’s an anthem for anyone feeling beaten down by the negative voices around them,” lead singer Matty Mullins explains. “We’re so excited to announce that we will be donating 100% of the proceeds from the ‘In Your Eyes’ tee in our online merch store to one of our favorite non-profits — Heart Support! Every year, Heart Support helps men and women brave their wounds, find purpose, and discover healing. I am so stoked for everyone to hear this song and get involved with a great cause!”
This single is the latest push in a growing wave of momentum for Memphis May Fire, who has already seen their first two 2021 singles reach a combined streaming total of over 10 million. The band is currently preparing for a monster of a tour with Breaking Benjamin and Papa Roach.
