Fireflight’s lead singer Dawn Michele has launched a PledgeMusic preorder campaign for her new worship project.
“This project has been a labor of love for me and all the incredible people who have supported me so far in this journey,” Dawn shared on her PledgeMusic page. “Now, in the home stretch of making this dream become a reality, I have the unique opportunity to connect personally with all of you who have so lovingly come alongside to support the album’s release!”
The album is a worship project titled Surrender. Dawn Michele has been steadily sharing preview of the project on her Facebook and YouTube channel.
Although the direction might surprise some of Fireflight’s rock listeners, it is in keeping with Dawn’s recent history working in creative ministry with a church. Her solo efforts have been interwoven with new Fireflight singles released this year, “I Won’t Look Back” and “Die Free.”
